RPE: 8 Today was an interval day. I ran 6x1000m with 2 minutes rest in between. The legs were in 3:42, 3:41, 3:41, 3:38, 3:44, and 3:34. I was pretty beat at the end (I pushed that last interval hard), but it wasn't nasty. It was good to start up a good running week again.
